Comparative Jurisprudence Journal
The “Comparative Jurisprudence Quarterly” is another scientific-research journal of the university, established in 2013. It specifically focuses on the jurisprudence of Sunni and Shia sects. The main themes for submissions include: "promoting comparative jurisprudence and comparative studies in jurisprudence and principles suited to the needs of the Islamic world," "facilitating scholarly and jurisprudential interaction among Islamic scholars," "introducing the dimensions of comparative jurisprudence and research aimed at Islamic convergence and cohesion," "responding to emerging issues and questions in jurisprudence and law," "raising awareness among Shia and Sunni students and scholars about comparative jurisprudence to address the scholarly and religious needs of the Islamic world," and "providing a suitable platform to move towards a united Islamic Ummah.
