Library
The Central Library of the International University of Islamic Denominations was established in 1377. In accordance with the university’s academic and research mission, a major part of its resources has been developed on a specialized basis corresponding to the university’s academic disciplines and course curricula.
Particular attention has also been paid to acquiring and collecting works related to the rapprochement-oriented approach to Islamic sciences and Islamic denominations studies.
Following the expansion of the university and the establishment of its branches during the 1390s, a library was established at each branch with resources suited to its academic and educational needs.
The university’s library collections are continuously expanded through purchases from book fairs and other centers as well as donated resources.
